At Sheep’s Head Bistro, we aim to serve delicious and remarkable food and drinks with the highest standards of quality and freshness. We combine both modern-creative and traditional bistro styles of cooking with the use of seasonal ingredients in all our dishes.
It all started when Rizwan Mustafa left his hometown Halifax, Nova Scotia, to help his good friend, Lewis Meehan, open Sheep’s Head Bistro in 2015.
It was only supposed to be a short stint, but a chance encounter would change everything. Rizwan met Josee while serving her at the bistro; the rest is history. Now, they own and run the restaurant together, sharing their seasonal, east-coast approach from their home in Glen Walter, ON.
